My one caveat is that the camera work in this video is VERY annoying. There are three women in the video, each demonstrating a different level of intensity with variations. The cameraman had a real knack for focusing closely on one individual while the instructor is describing the other's variation (which you can't see), and you completely miss what they are actually doing until nearly the end of the segment. This is less of a problem when you repeat the video, but it's evident in the entire series. I highly recommend Lindsay Brin's video for expectant moms. It isn't terribly challenging if you are already physically fit, but it is sufficient to get in a good workout without concern about overdoing it. She offers clear options for ramping up or keeping down the intensity, and she frequently trades off between cardio and toning segments, holding your interest while allowing for necessary breathers. If you are looking for the equivalent of a 5K in terms of cardio during your pregnancy, this is not the video for you, but for all who are looking for a nice sweat with a lovely, cheerful instructor, Lindsay Brin is great.
